Intro

I am renowned for doing the impossible in both creative and technical endeavours while excelling at understanding, articulating and executing a unique vision. This skill enabled by an almost entirely non traditional career path and being a remarkable maker since childhood (age 6 plus) to now excelling in industry. This journey is a huge strength, offering a fresh perspective, leading to working with the world’s biggest brands, studios and artists ensuring their thoughts are realised.

Combining a deeply traditional skill set with the latest digital technology, my broad executive experience includes concepts for start-ups, H.O.D for film [ https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1219844/ ] alongside global experiential tours, to projects for the major studios, artists, Royalty and UHNWI. 

Considered a “secret weapon” by some of the best minds, my input has salvaged failed projects allowed truly difficult ones. Due in part to my skill as a natural mentor across all age ranges and public speaker, in-house (by invitation) and to online audiences on behalf of renowned organisations (including BECTU). 

A bit more about Richard

I am a true creative, integrity and curiosity are key and enjoy bringing out the best in people. Deeply involved in sound and music, it is a bed rock in my life and I innovate using spatial and specific acoustic innovation and exhibit my work as well as advise in this area, among others.

I enjoy sharing in creativity and social equity, often through hosting at my stunning mooring on the upper Thames Taplow. Equally echoed by my 25,000 LinkedIn connections and growing. I talk to a few of them weekly, globally.

A truly deep thinker, strategically and conceptually, I offset my creative intellect with humour and a stoic and playful approach to life. Including developing my stand-up routine, writing, roller skating and general enjoyment of life and its gifts, I keep active by running, biking and regular weight work and love to explore architecture, music, cities, art and innovation.

Am deeply happy to be an exhibited artist, creating sound and light sculpture, often using my 2 meter tall 3dprinter I made from scratch 7 years back. I am considered an expert in all aspects of FDM 3dprinting and help and consult often.
